Hi friends my name is Siyashree Naik. I like to cook dieshes. I started my cooking 10 years back. Cooking is my passion and I love cooking. At first time I had made prefect cake without making mistake and my family loved that cake. Here are some of my recipes which I like to share with you. I hope you like this recipe.
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
RECIPE FOR DECORATION
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 cups whipping cream
Separate 6 egg yolks from egg whites when whisk the egg yolks add 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup water, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cup flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp baking powder and mix it well till the better get smooth.Whisk egg white until soft peaks form then add gradually beat 1/2 cup sugar in it. after this is done gently fold egg white into batter until blended then pour the mixture into a greased baking pan. Bake at 200 degree C for 30 – 35 minutes.After cake gets ready cut the cake into 3 layer and keep a side to cool down.
METHOD FOR DECORATION OF CAKE
Take a bwol put 2 cup of heavy whipping cream whisk the cream until stiff then add the 1/4 cup of icing sugar.
Sprinkle the cake with cherry syrup then spread the whipped cream on the first layer of the cake and put chopped cherries on it.
Repeat the same process to second layer on the third layer put whipped cream and cover the whole cake with cream and after this done keep the cake in refregirater after some time take out the cake and cover the side with grater chocolate . Pipe some rossets on the top and also bottom of the cake.
Decorate by some cherries and grated chocolate.
